Andrew and Imogen went above and beyond to ensure the old heater (Very old, rusted and hadn't been … More looked after) was removed without any mess left behind. The new heater was installed on our very steep roof with amazing efficiency and got everything waterproofed before a rain shower. The advice given to get everything working for a new wood stove was provided and checked in that I knew what to do - it's been a while since we had a new wood heater.
